Here we go

Well this is it: the "one last big surge" (tm) is gonna be coupled with an all out grab for oil. Best case scenario: thousands and thousands die, ExxonBP or MobileShell or whatever the hell their names are rakes in big bucks, at least until the Iraqi government collapses, Iranian and Saudi troops pour over the borders, Turks and Kurds go nutters, oil prices go through the roof, world economy collapses, companies that make solar panels take over and the decade long shift off oil results in a curbing of CO2 emissions, global warming slows and polar bears invade Maine.
I don't even want to think about worse case...
